It kept saying "account needs verification" but if I click there, it says "fully verified". Eventyally I got tired of it and just quit the whole thing. Will take my business elsewhere. Their prices appear interesting at first, but my time is more valuable than this.

They get a 2 only because the broker was timely about working with the seller to negotiate the price.
